
Having trouble registering?
- Check you have typed your e-mail address and password exactly the same in each pair of boxes. A message on the page will help you with this. Just retype them carefully ensuring they are both the same.
- Be aware that your keyboard may have 'Caps Lock' switched on, or might not have 'Num Lock' turned on when using the number pad on the right-hand side of your keyboard.
- You should receive your activation e-mail within 20 mins, if this doesn't happen you may have mis-typed your e-mail address when you registered. Try re-registering, being careful to type your e-mail address correctly.
- If your e-mail address is your school e-mail address, make sure you have correctly typed the end of the e-mail address correctly and got the various parts of the address around the right way, for example "johnsmith@greenpark.kingston.sch.uk"
- Check your junk e-mail folder in case the Exploratree activation e-mail has been sent there.
- Note - you need to click on the link in the activation e-mail that is sent to you after you register for the registration process to be complete.
