Having trouble logging in?

• If you have forgotten your password or username don't worry! We can send you a reminder if you click on the 'Forgotten your password?' or 'Forgotten your username?' links.
• If you are still having problems signing in, please ensure that you haven't left 'Caps Lock' switched on. Your password is case sensitive, so for example if your password is "gremlins" this is not the same as "GREmlins".
• If your password contains a number and you use the numeric keypad to the right-hand side of your keyboard, 'Num Lock' needs to be turned on by pressing the 'Num Lock' key. (There is usually a small light to indicate if it's on.) If in doubt, use the number keys across the top of your keyboard instead.
• Double-check carefully that your password and username are spelt correctly.
